Come and immerse yourself on a journey back to self. A ‘return to home’ within yourself. Remove your mind from the outside world and move your focus back inwards.
Disconnecting from your routine of daily life is essential for reconnecting to self and to awaken your spark within.
When you let your soul emerge you can align your life with your souls callings, cultivating that sense of authentic empowerment.
This Awakened Weekender Retreat is a designed to "bring you home". To the home within yourself. This is the "ultimate reset".
Through the use of daily yoga, meditation, breath work, journaling, nature and self enquiry you will have the optimal space to focus on you. There will also be an optional morning meditation and ocean dip and a sauna and icebath session. The icebath is often the part that most people resist but it ends up being their favourite part of the whole weekend as it is a very empowering experience.
Remember, however, that nothing is compulsory and this is your weekend and your experience so you can choose to do as much or as little as you like.
Premalaya Resort has a magical feeling to it like you step into another world. You will feel an instant sense of relaxation as you step into the space.
All meals are ayurvedic and designed to nourish and nurture your body throughout the weekend, which helps you gain an even deeper sense of mental and emotional clarity too. All dietary requirements can be catered for.
Two workshops are included in the weekend all targeted at teaching you to clear your mind from external clutter, to reduce stress in your life and to connect and trust your internal world and self. You will have a lot of time to reconnect to your heart and soul and this is where you access your magic and become motivated and inspired for life.
You will also have some free time to get enjoy a massage (included in the price) or just relax and enjoy the surroundings or go for a little trip out of the grounds with your new friends.
You will leave feeling reconnected, restored, inspired, confident, grounded and balanced.
