Awaken Her is an intimate, deeply transformative, and FUN retreat for women who are ready to come home to their bodies, trust their intuition, and express their authentic selves with safety, softness, and power.

This is a journey of embodiment, liberation, and joy. It’s about slowing down, reconnecting, and remembering the wisdom that already lives within you — while laughing, exploring, and stepping a little outside your comfort zone.

You will feel held in a safe and supportive container, free to express your authentic self, move your body, and explore your inner world. And you will also play, adventure, and connect with other like-minded women in a stunning tropical setting.

Through guided practices, movement, ritual, and excursions, you’ll reconnect to yourself — your body, your intuition, your joy — all while experiencing the vibrant culture, beauty, and magic of Sri Lanka.

This is not about becoming someone new.
It’s about awakening who you have always been — with laughter, connection, and fun along the way.

🌊 Location

Held at the intimate boutique retreat space The Nook Resort in the Southern Province of Sri Lanka. We will have the entire resort to ourselves, creating a private, safe, and supportive container for this journey.

Nestled in a quiet, authentic village and walking distance to the beach, you’ll have both space to relax, integrate, and rest, and opportunities to explore the village, beach, and tropical surroundings.
