Enjoy an hour sauna session in nature! A great way to unwind, relax, detox, recover and relax.

Please bring your own towel to sit on in the sauna, bathers, and towel to dry off after.

There is a cold shower for you to use between sessions.

Minimum of 2 people per booking. Please let us know your preferred date and time for your booking when purchasing and we will be in contact with you to confirm.

You will receive an email once your session has been purchased to fill out a health waiver. Please complete this as soon as you can as you can not use the sauna until this is signed.
