What is this program about?
This program is an 'Inner Expansion' where together we will work on healing your internal world through Breathwork and NLP Therapy Coaching.
You will expand and heal your internal world. Healing and releasing past trauma, release stored emotions, releasing stress and anxiety and as a result creating an expanded external world too.
Your internal state (energy) affects your external world so when you create an inner state of flow, clarity, peace, joy, inspiration and love of self, you will experience all of this in your life!!
You will learn tools and strategies to process emotions and trauma in your life and to continue to grow and thrive. You will shift from victim mode to a thriving state by raising your vibration!
This type of healing is truely transformative and self empowering.
What is included?
X 7 Integration Coaching Sessions, using NLP therapy techniques & Coaching to heal past trauma, limiting beliefs, limiting thought patterns. Working with the subconscious mind to create new an empowering beliefs and thoughts about yourself, your life and the world.
X 7 Private 1:1 90 minute Breathwork Sessions, to integrate in the BODY all that you are working on through the MIND. To release stored emotions and past trauma that is held in your body. Releasing energy that is not serving you. Raising your vibration and EMBODYING your healing.
X 3 Complementary Breathe & Release Classes (Restorative Yoga & Breathwork combine)
Online Yoga x5 Sessions to use at home. Designed to connect to and feel your emotions in a safe space.
Online Ignite Your Light 8 Week Course to complement your “Inner Expansion Program” or to use after for continued healing and growth.
Growth-Work after your Sessions to implement into your daily life to accelerate your healing and growth!
